We are an agency that creates moments people don't forget.PosizioneYou will be the creative reference point of the agency for Live Communication projects. You will lead the development of creative concepts from pitch to delivery, working closely with strategy, production, and account teams, bringing new creative languages, technologies, and visions to the heart of every project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead creative direction from the pitch phase through to on‐site delivery; Define the visual and narrative language of projects (space, scenography, lighting, content, sound, interaction); Translate strategic briefs into strong and feasible creative concepts in collaboration with account and strategy teams; Work closely with production teams and technical suppliers; Evaluate technical feasibility and collaborate effectively with suppliers across all production stages; Collaborate with international teams within the network on cross‐country projects and pitches; Mentor and guide the internal creative team.RequisitiSomeone who truly knows the world of events from the inside — not just the exciting side, but also the weight of complex production — and who never stops asking: what if we did it differently?We Are Looking For Someone Whohas 7–10+ years of experience in events / brand experience, with at least 3–4+ years in a senior creative role, preferably within an agency environment; Has proven experience inthe creative direction of large‐scale and technically complex event productions; Has a strong knowledge of event production processes, from concept development through to on‐site execution; Has a solid understanding of event technologies; Has worked with luxury or premium brands (a significant plus that makes a real difference); Is naturally curious: follows trends, experiments with formats, and draws inspiration from different worlds; Has a portfolio that tells not only what they did, but why they did it that way; Has full professional proficiency in English — we work with international teams every week.What We OfferA leadership role within an agency that is growing and positioning itself on increasingly ambitious projects.
