Corporate Communication Department Reporting to: Head of Corporate Communication We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team in a manufacturing / industrial environment. This role is ideal for a professional with solid experience in B2B marketing, lead generation tools and technical-industrial communication, who enjoys working cross-functionally and supporting a structured organization. Key Responsibilities Manage lead generation activities using marketing automation tools. Plan and execute digital campaigns. Manage B2B communication initiatives: trade fairs and industry events. Translate technical and industrial content into effective marketing materials. Create and update graphic materials (brochures, presentations, social visuals) using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Manage company LinkedIn presence and technical content. Provide operational back‑up within the Corporate Communication office when needed. Collaborate with other departments. Profile Requirements 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing and communication, ideally in a manufacturing / industrial company. Hands‑on experience with lead generation tools. Ability to understand and communicate technical-industrial topics. Good working knowledge of graphic tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar). Availability to travel, mainly in relation to trade fairs, events and production facilities. Structured, proactive and team‑oriented mindset. Fluent English (written and spoken).
