Gruppo Montenegro DI department is looking for an DI Business Expert/Partner (based on their experience) who will support Finance Controlling & HR functions in the organization and implementation of new digital processes.
As a key member of the Digital Innovation team, you will collaborate closely with the DI team and key stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.
The Digital Innovation Business Expert/Partner operates within the Digital Innovation team, focusing on assessing new technology and managing the Digital application since Design implementation until user adoption phases.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Understanding internal customer requirements and business objectives to ensure that digital solutions align with the organization’s needs.
* Collaborating with the Finance & HR Department to identify suitable digital technologies for achieving defined objectives.
* Supporting the implementation of technology in accordance with digital partners.
* Assisting the AMS team in addressing service issues within the related Application area
* Acting as the digital project lead and proactively engaging key stakeholders to manage project tasks.
* Providing strategic advice on leveraging technology to achieve goals.
* Supporting users in qualifying use cases and preparing test documentation.
* Ensuring continuous improvement for delivered digital solutions.
* Assessing and managing project stream risks and proposing solutions.
* Contributing to the definition and prioritization of the digital roadmap for the Finance & HR functions
The profile requires
Soft Skills:
* Analytical Mind and Problem-Solving: Possess strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
* Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and guide team members toward successful project completion.
Technical skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Skilled in SAP S4/HANA FI-CO, SD, MM base knowledge other SAP Modules
* Skilled Board financial planning software.
* Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and managing projects. Understand project lifecycles, scope, timelines, and budget management (ideally Service & Project Management Qualifications, such as ITIL v4, PRINCE2 Agile, PMI)
* Language: Proficient in both Italian and English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing).
