The role involves leading and managing global frames-related projects across ZEISS Vision Care entities. Responsibilities include creating and executing project plans aligned with the overall Frames Business strategy, identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
You'll work closely with global teams and local commercial entities to bring structure, energy, and clarity to evolving priorities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of project management experience—ideally in optics, frames, or consumer goods
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed, international organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage global teams effectively
Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are also highly valued.
