How You’ll Make an Impact
* Define and lead, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to achieve technical project goals on site.
* Handle the technical and economic aspects of the project with the support of the Project Manager and Project Controller.
* Enable, if necessary, the level of customer concern appropriate in order to solve critical aspects.
* Interface with all business involved in the project.
* Preparation and management of EHS aspects for construction site entrances.
What You Bring
* 7 years of work experience in a similar role with specific knowledge of High-Medium Voltage, especially Electrical Substations (CEI 11-27).
* Proficiency in using project management tools to streamline processes.
* Strong command of written and spoken English and Italian.
* Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with team members, customers, clients, and suppliers.
* Skilled in negotiation, ensuring project objectives align with customer expectations and resolving conflicts. Adaptable to various plants and site environments, demonstrating empathy and interpersonal skills to lead diverse personalities.
* Willingness to travel for business in Italy (80%) and abroad as needed.
