Responsibilities Take full responsibility for OSW’s Italy operations. Lead sales, marketing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics functions. Drive commercial growth while managing P&L, budgets, and reporting. Develop strong customer and supplier relationships in the Italy solar sector. Identify opportunities in one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy markets. Build and inspire a high-performing local team while embedding OSW’s global culture. Qualifications / What you bring (must-have) Proven solar industry experience (distribution, EPC, manufacturing, or related). Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Senior management background with full P&L accountability. Strong track record in sales growth, business development, and strategic partnerships. Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
