Descrizione aziendaPardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new IT Manager based in Dublin to join its Information Technology Department.PosizioneThe new colleague will carry out the following activities:Lead and coordinate the IT team across support, operations, and projects; Ensure reliability, performance and security of the company's IT infrastructure; Oversee support processes including ticketing, SLA, escalation management; Collaborate with theCTO on IT roadmap, strategy and digital transformation, in optimising processes; Manage and optimise key systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central; Manage IT vendors and external partners.RequisitiThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT role; Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power Automate, AWS; Previous experience managing IT teams; Fluency in Italianand English; Strong problem solving, leadership and communication skills.Nice to haveExperience in multinational environments; Knowledge of ERP/CRMprocesses and ITSM tools.Altre informazioniPardgroup is an equal opportunity employer.
