This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. /p pThis position’s primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices /p h32 ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProvide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups) /li liPerform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers /li liSupport physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies /li liProvide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects /li liBe proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers /li liPromptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures /li liPerform booth duty when required /li liEnsure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed /li /ul h33 REPORTING /h3 ul liProduce concise market and competitors report to Sales Force, FTE Coordinator and RSM /li liProvide marketing with competitors devices information /li /ul h34 EDUCATION COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or equivalent /li liGood Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal /li liGood knowledge of MS Office /li liPreferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support) /li liInterpersonal skills /li liTeamwork /li liInitiative /li liStress resistance /li liGood communication /li /ul h35.
