Responsibilities Plan and implement required maintenance work, verify safety aspects, plan budgets, and monitor costs through management of work accounts, in accordance with EHS procedures and company policies and applicable law. Propose strategies for the provision of Facility services, define technical specifications in cooperation with team members, and support the manager. Manage budgeting, data sheets and technical requirements with suppliers. Interface with local municipality and land agency regarding building, town planning and cadastral activities. Update the technical archive. Interface with external consultants for engineering and design activities in the field of structural calculations, fire prevention, architectural design. Identify and plan the physical condition of all facilities through regular upkeep and CAPEX. Your Experience and Qualifications Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Industrial Expert, Geometra, Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Management (Management Engineering)). 3 years' experience managing operational budgets and applying general accounting principles; strong knowledge of facility management Italian legislation. Proficiency in English. Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
