H3Aseptic Filling Product Support - Mechanical Expert /h3h3Your opportunity /h3pAseptic Filling Product Support Mechanical Expert is part of Aseptic Product Support Team. The job is taking place either in the backoffice or on field. Main function in the office is to secure the operational follow up technical support of all aseptic fillers (combi and stand-alone configuration), associated trade equipments (capper, inspection system, printer, nitrogen doser) and 3rd party line equipments (EOL, conveyor...) on mechanical side. The expert could also be scheduled to validate internally and externally the introduction of modifications and variants and of new products in the portfolio, concerning the aseptic filling product, in coordination with the other relevant teams. He is finally accountable to execute RCA following issue resolution process, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions, interacting with the other departments. /ph3Your Mission /h3ulliSecure troubleshooting on aseptic fillers, associated trade equipments and line equipments; /liliSupport Global Product Training in the creation, update and revision of technical questionnaires related to FSE Qualification Program; /liliExecute validation program for the introduction of modifications, variants, OU, new products, concerning aseptic filler; /liliSupport the availability of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis, repairing and maintenance activities; /liliSecure performances of commercially released aseptic filling equipments and lines; /liliSecure the application of retrofits on the aseptic filling product installed base, where necessary; /liliBe part of hotline team for weekend duties, in case of availability for the service; /liliExecute RCA on aseptic filling equipments issues, supporting the consequent plan of recovery and corrective actions; /liliAct as "Assessor" of the FSE/s subject to qualification program during the practical assessment module, mainly at the customer site, releasing the relevant evaluation report on time/in full; /liliParticipate to aseptic equipment FAT (workshop) installation, start up, validation, commissioning and services (onsite); /liliSupport FSEs during start up and commissioning of aseptic equipments; /liliManage the treatment and the resolution of aseptic filler automation NC through ticketing system. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor Degree or equivalent; /liliExperience of technical assistance, on field activity or engineering in packaging equipments; /liliKnowledge of filling product and/or process; /liliKnowledge of sensitive/aseptic technology is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
