This position reports to Engineering Manager and will work in Monza brianza, Viale delle Rimembranze, Nova Milanese, Italy. /p h3About the position /h3 pAs a resource, in the Engineering Department, you will ensure the correct design of the assigned items, supporting its development within the design team, in accordance with the contractual terms agreed with the customer and the technical regulations, in a specific geographic area or a group of customers. /p h3Your main responsibilities /h3 ul liTo ensure the correct design of the assigned items /li liDraw and coordinate the design phase of the marine air conditioning system, making improvements to existing products using the available modeling software /li liEvaluate the best technical solution to offer to the customer taking into account the mechanical and electrical feasibility and efficiency requirements, improving the sales process /li liSupport other members of the design team, comparing the accuracy of the model, applying regulatory and corporate standards, ensuring that activities are executed within the deadlines /li liPeriodically visit the Shipyards to check the air conditioning systems under construction on board. /li liShare feedback and ideas with other business department and customers for any issues and suggestions (related to the project documentation, product features and performance, alternative solutions, new technologies, etc) /li liThe post-holder may be asked to take on different tasks as required and all employees are expected to work collaboratively to support the overall goals of Dometic. /li /ul h3What do we offer? /h3 pYou are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
