Business Client Development
* Build and maintain a russian loyal client base
* Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a client-first culture
* Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
Operations
* Expert of Philipp Plein clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
* Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
* Communicate product xjrgpwk and client feedback to buyers & manager(s)
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
