Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of luxury renovation projects
* Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
* Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
* Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
* Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience in high-end or luxury construction/renovation projects (hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
* Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East is required
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, xivgfpx and project management principles
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
* Fluent in English
