Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services, billing, and technical support
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery
- Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance
Requirements

- Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required
- A minimum English proficiency of B2 is necessary
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication, xlwpduy interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate and live in Greece
