This includes preparing work plans and contributing to proposals that describe the process used to meet the customer's needs and include deliverables, timelines and estimates of the costs and resources required. /liliDemonstrating creativity and thought leadership and use experience in substantiating the proposed solutions to the client. /liliActing as a key customer contact and exercise authority appropriate to particular customer requests commensurate with customer expectations of decision-making and consistent with Rizing policies and practices. /liliMaintaining and expanding customer contact at a high level and building credible relationships with key customer personnel. /liliContributing to consulting projects by analyzing client's business processes and designing the appropriate solution. Move logically and creatively from facts to conclusions. /liliConducting strategic level workshops with customers to drive an IT solution for acceptance. /liliDeveloping solution framework and implementation plan to achieve customer’s business targets. /liliFor assigned area, overseeing all project activities leading to the implementation of the solution designed. /liliProviding guidance and direction on Enterprise Applications/Technology to customer and employees. /liliWorking with all stake holders of a given project to ensure seamless and successful delivery of services to the customer. /liliInforming the relevant country organizations of customer needs/trends in the marketplace and alerting them to potential long-term opportunities. /liliWorking with the Project Manager/Consulting Manager and Project Leads in drafting the project plan (scope, effort, deliverables, timelines and resources), assisting in identifying and recruiting team members, and preparing and assisting in the preparation of individual work plans. /liliResearch on new technologies and tools to accelerate the solution development implementation. Help upgrade existing frameworks to satisfy current needs of the organization. /liliParticipate in pre-sales engagements, demonstrating the ability to connect with customers when discussing best industry practices and appropriate technology solutions. /liliInteract with Rizing country organizations as appropriate, to deploy the requisite expertise on the engagement team to address specific customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. /liliBe a role model and coach for team members by playing a mentor role. Identify and nominate necessary training for the development and upskilling of Rizing’s resources. /liliDocument and disseminate knowledge within organization and conduct regular subject matter training (classroom, virtual connect sessions, etc). /liliProvide meaningful feedback on the overall performance of project team members. /liliWork with the Management Team to secure Rizing’s current future strategy, and its execution. /liliChampion Rizing’s methodologies and suggest processes improvements required to sustain and improve the operations of the organization. /liliPropagate and champion Rizing’s culture within all levels of the organization. /liliPerform any additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when required by the management. /liliPerforms other duties as required. /li /ulpstrongRequired Qualifications: /strong /pulliGeneral degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications. /liliDeep understanding of cross-functional processes of enterprise applications or multiple technology platform proficiency with at least 10-12 years of functional and technical experience and industry knowledge. /liliPossess a thorough understanding of integrated business environments with a deep understanding of the Fashion and Lifestyle industry. /liliKnowledge and experience in the attune implementation methodology. /liliA minimum of 2 complete project life cycles in a Architecting role, with customer engagement. /li /ulpstrongDesired Qualifications: /strong /pulliDeep proficiency in OTC/SD, MM/P2P, Retail functional area /liliDomain knowledge in the Fashion and Lifestyle industry /liliExperience in playing lead roles within the OTC/SD, MM/P2P and Retail functional area /liliExperience in working in a Consultancy firm is an added advantage /liliLateral knowledge of all complementary modules, especially related to the cross modular integrations /liliMinimum of 6 full cycle implementations, with at least 2 being S/4 HANA Implementations /liliFluent in English (Proficiency in other languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese are an added advantage) /liliExperience in FIORI, working with the apps within the OTC/SD, MM/P2P and Retail areas /liliKnowledge and business experience in working in Order Intake, Orderbook Management and Order Fulfilment teams would be added advantages /li /ulpstrongKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): /strong /pulliBe familiar and updated with state-of-the-art Technology trends. /liliExcellent communication skills.
