PpWe are seeking a dedicated Group Compliance Legal Specialist to join our Legal Corporate Affairs Team. Reporting to the Legal Corporate Affairs Director, this role provides legal and compliance support, contributing to internal controls and regulatory compliance with a focus on Legislative Decree 231/2001 and GDPR. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with internal policies and Italian legal requirements, including duties under Legislative Decree 231/2001 /li liProvide operational legal support on contract drafting, negotiation, claims and litigation (currently focused on UK projects under English law). /li liSupport internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments. /li liProvide legal advice to Permasteelisa SpA departments. /li liAssist the functional leader in stakeholder reporting. /li liSupport compliance with GDPR requirements. /li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul li3–5 years in compliance, legal, audit or governance roles. /li liExperience in commercial contracts, compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, GDPR/privacy and internal controls. /li liStrong legal research, drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liLaw degree. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liKnowledge of construction law is a plus. /li /ul h3Work Location /h3 pVittorio Veneto (TV) – Full-time with 1 day per week remote work option /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
