_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_ The figure will be supporting the Abbott Nutrition Marketing team in the set-up and activities coordination of a professional team of scientific representatives. _ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_ - Support the Head of Marketing in the project’s implementation, management and coordination; - Ensures project execution plans and timings are updated and closely followed by all stakeholders, tracking time and KPIs; - Provides regular communication of progress and metrics to the cross-functional team and is the primary point of contact between the team and the head office; - Supports execution of training programs target to consistently upgrade team’s commercial skills; - Support the organization of meetings and events, including contact with external agencies for location choices and travel itineraries; - Coordinates logistics of all promotional materials and sampling; - Ensure all promotional contract management are in line with Abbott procedures and with Local Law; - Act in full coherence with the local law, ensure integration of all legal and regulatory, comply with Abbott policies and proactively respecting legal and OEC procedures. _ SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE_ - University Degree in Scientific Disciplines/Pharmacy or Business Administration or STEM disciplines. - Project management or previous work experience in pharmaceutical companies will be considered a plus - Proven skills in prioritization and execution - Fluent in English - Computer Skills: proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
