TEAM MANAGER OPERATIONS / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / FLORENCE
Responsibilities
- - Oversee daily store operations (goods receiving, stock management, replenishment, cash handling)
- Lead, coach, and schedule the operations team to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor operational KPIs (stock accuracy, shrinkage, productivity, replenishment timing)
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and legal regulations
- Optimize stock flow between stockroom and sales floor
- Support visual merchandising to ensure proper product presentation
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational targets
- Manage stock counts, inventories, and internal audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure a high level of customer service through efficient store operations
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge xlwpduy and experience
- - Fluent spoken English and Italian
- At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Problem solving
