We are looking for a profile (Protected Category, Art. 1) to join the Finance, Control & Credit Department, within the Credit Management structure, focused on credit recovery and management.
Main activities
* Monitoring payments in SAP
* Credit recovery
* Basic accounting knowledge
* Use of email
* Telephone contact with clients
* Knowledge of the customer base under management
* Basic data processing and analysis related to activities performed
Requirements
* Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
* Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills with external clients and internal colleagues
* Ability to handle requests from clients or other business areas
