Può trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti nella descrizione qui sotto.SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: FinanceDESCRIZIONE AZIENDAWe are lookinf for Finance manager southern europe for an important luxury maisonSouth Europe retail zone is based in Milan, and covers retail operations for all the stores in 8 countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro and TurkeyDirectly reporting to the Finance Director / CFO, the Finance Manager will have a key role, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function, as well as strategic coordination with the different departments of the organization.Finance Manager will have 2 controllers its direct responsibility and will supervise the relation with the different accounting back offices in the 8 countries of the zone.Key Responsibilities:Accounting and TreasurySupervise monthly and quarterly accounting closings, according to Group standardsPerform regular ad hoc analysis and audits of balance sheetReview statutory accounts, and participate to the annual auditMonitor the day-to-day financial operationsReview tax returns and statutory compliance requirementsParticipate to the implementation or enhancement of new accounting systemsReview and validate payments throughout the week: external suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompanyForecast cash evolution of the different countries, considering local specificities and constraintsControllingAnalyze weekly performance of sales, through dedicated KPI’sSupervise the forecasting of sales, in the different periods of the year: Budget, Revised, monthly rolling forecastsAnalyze on monthly basis the performance of each country and cost center against the forecastFollow-up the validated budget with different departments, in retail and head-office.
