Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this essential role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients' helping them navigate our online marketplace effectively. Your dedication to customer service will be pivotal in ensuring that users have a seamless and enjoyable experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and customer engagement. If you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to helping others succeed' we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone' email' and chat channels - Assist clients with questions related to transactions' platform features' and account management - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively - Provide guidance on best practices for using the online marketplace - Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve our services - Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and industry trends Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and verbal. - Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. - Previous experience in customer support' especially in e-commerce or online platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others - Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with online marketplace systems and customer support tools Benefits - Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight' Transfer and 2 weeks in Hotel ) - Private Health Insurance - 2 Extra Salaries Per Year - Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel - Fully Paid Training - Monthly Performance Bonus - Free Greek Course - And More
