We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Milan. This role is ideal for a talented visual communicator who enjoys being directly involved in the creation and execution of projects, combining creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills.
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual assets across a variety of channels and formats, supporting both client projects and internal creative initiatives.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with solid design experience, strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating closely with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce visual assets for digital and offline communication projects.
* Create content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, events, and print materials.
* Support the development and implementation of brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints.
* Adapt and localize creative materials while maintaining brand consistency.
* Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams throughout all project phases.
* Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
* Contribute to pitch presentations and new business proposals.
* Support video editing and motion content production when required.
* Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools and workflows into daily production activities.
* Ensure high standards of visual quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a creative agency, communication agency, or design studio.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital communication, and visual design.
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is considered a strong plus.
* Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging design technologies.
* Solid understanding of both online and offline communication materials.
* Strong visual culture, typography, layout, and branding skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm for creative work.
* Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
* Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
