We are seeking a Data Business Insight & Development professional with experience in the Public Sector in northeastern Italy. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of business processes and analytics, along with solid experience in data analysis and solution implementation. Technological expertise in Data, supporting projects on both Back End and Front End streams, is required.
The approach to clients should be motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and capable of understanding business needs to propose suitable solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide on-site technical support to clients for project needs.
* Collaborate with functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into application requirements.
* Advise and support clients on Data Management & Data Analytics solutions and Data Strategy, with a focus on Open Source technologies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement through Data & Analytics.
* Experience in the Public Administration sector.
* Proven experience managing, manipulating, and exposing data in projects.
* Solid experience with open source projects.
* Excellent documentation skills oriented to business needs.
* Good command of English.

* Problem-solving skills and flexibility in facing challenges.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
* Strong business acumen and consulting approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, CBAP, Azure Data Scientist, Google Data Analytics, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or OCI Foundation are considered a plus.
