Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join the Legal Team at KIKO MILANO, reporting directly to the General Counsel.
In particular, you will:
* Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements typical for a retail business, including, without limitation, supply contracts, logistic contracts, transportation contracts, IT contracts of any kind, agreements for digital services, services agreements of any kind, marketing arrangements, etc., ensuring that the company's interests are protected;
* Review, negotiate, and draft a broad range of contracts for the purchase of goods;
* Conduct legal research to ensure continue compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and market best practices that may impact the business in all jurisdictions where KIKO operates;
* Provide legal advice on all legal matters supporting KIKO Group in the conduct of the business.
What you will need to succeed
* Degree in Law. A qualification obtained abroad will be evaluated if recognised as equivalent to a degree in Law, pursuant to current legislation;
* Previous experience in an international law firm with focus in civil, commercial, corporate and M&A law;
* Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations;
* Excellent knowledge of the office package (in particular Microsoft Word);
* Fluent in English, including the ability to negotiate and draft effectively;
