We are partnered with a boutique, independent Intellectual Property (IP) private practice based in Italy.
The firm don’t just process paperwork; they act as strategic partners to their clients, ranging from innovative local startups to established international tech companies.
The Role :
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Junior Patent Attorney (ranging from part-qualified up to 5 years PQE) with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, providing clear, strategic advice on patentability and IP protection.
* Drafting & Prosecution: Draft high-quality patent applications and prosecute them through to grant before the UIBM, EPO, and WIPO.
* Prior Art Searching: Conduct freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and patentability searches to guide clients' R&D directions.
