As part of a global procurement team, you will own the sourcing of chemicals for a pivotal business unit and help us achieve best‑in‑class category management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the procurement of chemicals for the Business Unit, focusing on global commodity strategy execution. /li liFoster long‑term partnerships with suppliers, serving as their focal point for visits, business reviews and negotiations. /li liManage order processing workflow and strategic stock management in alignment with the production plan. /li liMaintain effective relationships and communication with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Supply Chain, RD, Quality and Finance. /li liPrepare and conduct negotiations with regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with Regional and Global Commodity Managers. /li liPrepare and analyse performance, risk and sustainability reports for business meetings. /li liConduct comparative analysis of supplier capabilities and cost drivers to improve spending efficiency and effectiveness for raw materials. /li liSupport the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with business and ESG targets. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. /li li2‑5 years of experience in a similar role in Procurement, Planning or Supply Chain. /li liPassion and interest in the Procurement area. /li liNegotiation and cost‑benefit analysis skills. /li liEntrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, project management skills. /li liDrive and initiative, high energy, and ability to adapt to changing environments. /li liEagerness to work in a team and foster partnerships across departments in an international environment. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Selection Process /h3 pYou will meet the Procurement Global Commodity Manager and the Procurement Director.
