Duties/role:
* Implementing operational procedures for infrastructure configuration, installation, and maintenance; utilizing management tools for monitoring performance and automating infrastructure processes; participating in maintenance and installation work; conducting system backups and restoring data as needed; identifying and resolving operational issues ;
* Managing system software updates, tailoring software for optimal hardware performance, installing and testing new software versions; addressing service problems, maintaining operational documentation, and advising on system software usage ;
* Administering hardware and software for Microsoft Windows (2016+ versions) and Linux-based servers (RHEL) and desktops (Windows 10+, RHEL), along with major network services like Active Directory.
