The site is carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a water-loop factory, a production site that consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses.We Are Looking ForThe Production Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Acting as a key connector between different departments, he/she drives operational excellence and fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the production environment. The role requires a proactive professional capable of analyzing complex data to improve department indicators, managing production planning follow-ups, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common plant goals.Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with Performance, Quality and Safety Departments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations and procedures and promoting a safe working environmentEmbrace a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the continuous improvement projects in the production departmentAnalysis of department indicators, such as production progress, waste, quality, and safety indicatorsFollow up and support production planning managementWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, maintenance, and engineering, to achieve common goalsCollect, analyze, and interpret production data and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the production
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is requiredPrevious experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologiesProficiency in software applications and data analysis programsExcellent project management skillsExcellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
