We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams, and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAccording to the indications given by the Service Project Manager, the Site Coordinator and Support Team carry out the technical service activities at the customers’ sites, collaborating with the relevant Service functions involved. /p pThe Site Coordinator ensures the organization of service activities, with particular attention to the technical content, leveraging their direct experience. /p pThe role involves technical evaluation of GEA machines at customer sites, identifying mechanical and electrical components for replacement or modernization. /p pMain activities include: /p ol liParticipating actively in scheduled service activities such as audits, maintenance, modifications, revamping, upgrades, and modernization at customer sites. /li liDefining spare parts, processing, and scheduling for machine overhauls, and managing line/machine restarts following maintenance, modifications, upgrades, or retrofits. /li liPerforming routine and extraordinary maintenance on machines at customer sites. /li liPreparing detailed technical reports on activities performed and upcoming tasks. /li liTraveling worldwide (approximately 120 days per year). /li liCoordinating and managing external technicians and subcontractors on site. /li liManaging technical, operational, and timing details of interventions, ensuring compliance with received instructions. /li liCollaborating with the Site Coordinator and Service Project Manager to ensure safety standards are met and corrective actions are implemented if necessary. /li liCreating maintenance lists and performing troubleshooting, remote activities, and Help Desk services. /li /ol h3Candidate Profile and Qualifications /h3 pThe ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Service Transfer Technician for maintenance and/or modifications in the beverage industry, with strong skills in service management, customer mediation, and technical planning.
