Job Title: 24h Data Center Security Manager, Security Operations Specialist
Job Description:
Data Center Security Managers play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our data centers. As a Data Center Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving site security operations, coordinating day-to-day security activities, assessing vendor compliance, providing support to all vendors within the data center, conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with AWS security standards and policies.
About the Role:

You will be working closely with various teams, including data center operations, vendors, and other partner teams, to ensure seamless security operations and continuous improvement. As a key member of our Infrastructure Operations team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the security and success of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day Security activities for your assigned Data Center(s)
- Assess vendor compliance, track service deliverables, and escalate corrective actions as needed
- Provide support to all vendors within the data center
- Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with AWS security standards and policies

Your Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs, such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems
- 3+ years of project management experience, creating process improvement procedures
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of individual contributors and vendors
