Humangest, a company specialized in Recruitment and Selection services, is currently looking for an HR Manager Italy on behalf of an international industrial group. Reporting directly to the Global HR Leader, the selected candidate will manage both strategic and operational HR activities across the company's Italian sites. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals; - End-to-end HR process management: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance; - Coordinate Talent Development, Salary Review, and HR Budget activities; - Support leadership in organizational change initiatives; - Assist functional supervisors in managing teams, shifts, and daily operations; - Ensure proper personnel documentation and labor law compliance; - Act as a bridge between HQ and local sites, identifying practical solutions; - Suggest improvements to foster team motivation and organizational efficiency.
