Job Description - Senior Manager, Restaurant & Bars Partnerships EMEA (EUR015SD)

Reporting to the Managing Director of Restaurant & Bar Partnerships EMEA, the Senior Manager will support the EMEA Development, Openings & Operations teams, Managed Estate Hotel General Managers, and Hilton owners’ representatives in sourcing world‑class restaurant brands and celebrity chefs. The role involves close collaboration with Hilton’s Development, Legal, Finance, Food and Drink Operations, and Brand teams to deliver best‑in‑class restaurant and bar partnerships. On occasion, support may also be required for franchise hotel owners in providing innovative partnership solutions for their properties.

Location options for a qualified candidate include Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), or Watford (UK).

Position Summary
* Support the Managing Director in delivering the EMEA Restaurant and Bars Partnership Strategy.
* Source suitable brands and investors for the F&B spaces in existing properties and new properties under development (including Franchise, Lease and Chef‑Led Deals).
* Research latest restaurant and customer trends, franchises, operators, and market research, drawing from key successful markets such as New York, London, Dubai, etc.
* Identify reputable restaurant brands and celebrity chefs to grow Hilton’s global restaurant and bar partnership portfolio.
* Prepare market reviews and partnership opportunity presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with development and operations teams in the review, selection and implementation process of restaurant and bar partners across different markets, hotel brands and locations.
* Work with Hilton’s legal department on the contractual phase of restaurant agreements, leading the process from negotiations to signing.
* Lead the outsourced restaurant solution ROI / P&L model with finance and feasibility teams to demonstrate the impact of branded or leased operations within the hotel.
* Support Hilton and owners in negotiating exits or resolving legal cases when agreements are unsuccessful.
* Coordinate and track the status of new F&B project development and contracts across EMEA.
* Maintain regular communication with F&B Operations, Hotel Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
* Communicate with Luxury & Lifestyle, Full Service, and Focused Service brand management teams.

Required Qualifications
* University degree or significant relevant work experience.
* Extensive hospitality industry experience, preferably in hotels, with a proven track record in franchising and leasing restaurants.
* Proven record of signing deals with brands, restaurant groups and chefs.
* Highly numerical, analytical, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
* Willingness to travel across EMEA, estimated at 30%.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
