What Does the Role Involve? The Grow@Hilti Program – Sales&Marketing; Track is a development program that provides real responsibility from day one. Over a two‑and‑a‑half year period you will be prepared for a managerial career by placing you at the center of our customer‑focused business model. It’s fast‑paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work.
18 months as an Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative. You’ll gain hands‑on experience and a deep insight into our core business – customers, products, services and software.
9 months in one of the following roles:
Solution Consultant trainee – you’ll support sales forces as a trainer of a consultative approach toward customers and lead the development of new software solutions of Asset and Services Management that goes beyond our traditional product categories.
Implementation and Care trainee – you’ll support Account Managers in managing the new implementation and after‑sales care of our Tool Services solutions and discover how a marketing department works in a multi‑national, multi‑cultural environment.
Product Manager trainee – you’ll support a product line in the marketing department, participate in the strategy development of the product line, and manage the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including regular reporting.
3 months on a regional strategic project in the Strategic Marketing team or in our Channels Department – this will give you an international perspective of our company.

What You Need
You hold a master’s degree.
You are fluent in English and in Italian.
You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment.
You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and can inspire others.
You are mobile and ready to move to another city to start your career.
You have a driving licence.
