As a Sales Assistant in Vicenza Palladio, you will ensure the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, achieve sales targets, and use in-store devices to support the customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Assist the customer in all stages of the sale, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are reached.
* Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels that the company offers, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
* Support constant maintenance of in-store standards, including cleaning duties when necessary.
* Check stock on the shop floor and replenish as needed to ensure full size range availability.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail preferred
* Excellent communication and customer management skills
* Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
