PpWe are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Senior Production Planner to lead global master scheduling and own the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process for Finished Goods across our global manufacturing network. In this senior role, you will ensure seamless alignment between demand, production capabilities, capacity constraints, and material availability - directly influencing service levels, operational efficiency, and global supply reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and executive stakeholders, playing a key role in decision‑making processes within Global Operations. This position reports to the Global Planning Manager and partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and RD / NPI. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Planning SOP Leadership /h3 ul liLead the end‑to‑end SOP process for Finished Goods, ensuring robust alignment across Demand, Supply, Finance, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams. /li liDrive scenario planning, risk assessment, and capacity‑balancing to support executive decision‑making. /li liPresent supply and production outlooks in governance forums and provide recommendations to senior leadership. /li /ul h3Global Master Scheduling /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve the global master production schedule across internal plants and contract manufacturers. /li liEnsure full synchronization between demand forecasts, production capabilities, material availability, and capacity constraints. /li liProactively identify bottlenecks, prioritize production, and influence resource allocation strategies. /li /ul h3Operational Execution Cross‑Functional Coordination /h3 ul liManage demand, supply, volume, and product mix to optimize efficiency and ensure service level targets are met or exceeded. /li liCoordinate BOM updates and changes by partnering with RD, NPI, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external suppliers. /li liTranslate medium‑term plans into executable weekly/monthly production plans across the global network. /li liMonitor production progress, material flow, and inventory health (FG, WIP, and raw materials), escalating risks and enabling rapid mitigation. /li liLead and support cross‑functional operational excellence projects aimed at improving planning accuracy, system performance, and supply chain resilience. /li liContribute to digital transformation initiatives in planning tools, analytics, and ERP optimization. /li liDevelop KPI dashboards and planning standards to enhance visibility and drive data‑driven decisions. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. /li li3+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply planning, or similar roles within a manufacturing environment. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capability; experience with planning tools is a plus. /li liHands‑on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is highly desirable. /li liStrong command of English, both written and spoken. /li liProven communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. /li liDemonstrated resilience, problem‑solving ability, and a collaborative mindset. /li liExperience with SOP processes or IBP frameworks is a strong plus. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pWork with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
