Analyze the financial and service conditions of contracts during the awarding phaseParticipate in on-site inspections together with the Project ManagerManage meetings with clients and understand their technical/administrative needsOrganize the operations required for the start-up of the parking areasCoordinate shifts and personnel involved in managing the parking areasMonitor and periodically report the financial flows of the assigned areasImplement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the managed areasEnsure the proper condition of the premises and materials and compliance with company proceduresEnsure compliance with safety regulations for the managed areasLiaise with external entities (suppliers, municipal administrations, maintenance or security companies)
Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in managementExperience in operational coordination, facility management, or project management rolesExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills and independent task managementGood knowledge and use of key IT systems
