POSITION SUMMARY
Perform general office duties to support S&M Team (e.g., filing, sending emails, preparing contracts ecc). Prepare sales-related documents throughout the process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or sales presentations). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Oversee sales activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
