Responsibilities
* Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
* Manage the whole internal recruitment life cycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and support line managers
* Use headhunting approach for Senior roles
* Be aware of candidate care, making sure all candidates' have a positive recruitment experience
* Acting as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process
* Interviewing and related administrative tasks and uploading the roles on specific job board
* Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities
* Build relationships with recruitment agencies
* Manage the job boards such as LinkedIn
* Provide ad-hoc reports for the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
* Reporting into the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner
* Closely collaborating with the Global TA team and local HR teams and other stakeholders
* It is indispensable that you have had experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Competencies
* A strong understanding of providing the best candidate and customer experience
* Have experience using database system or recruiting software, with experience in HRIS system Workday being preferable.
* Demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purpose.
* Have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.
* Show strong organisational and time management skills
* Great attention to details and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving ability: resolve issues as fast as possible
* Have a hands-on approach
* Willingness to work on multiple projects

Qualifications and education requirements
* HR, Business or Economics or relevant field degree.
* Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required for this role. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
