Pricing Operations Manager
The Pricing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting efforts related to pricing and margin management roadmaps. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes to optimize pricing and margin management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leads and supports efforts related to pricing and margin management roadmaps.
* Collaborates with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes to optimize pricing and margin management.
* Designs and improves analysis and reporting tools to support pricing decisions.
* Proposes and leads continuous improvement initiatives for margin optimization.
* Supports regional teams with data accuracy and maintenance efforts within SAP and other systems.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience in Pricing, Marketing or Sales roles.
* PowerBI/CRM system expertise is highly beneficial.
* Demonstrated success in driving change and supporting global programs.
* Proven leadership capabilities and team player.
* Assessment of large datasets from a variety of sources.
* Proficiency in a multi-country, matrix team environment.
* Capability in agile methodology.
* B2B manufacturing industry experience preferred.
