Experteer OverviewIn this role you will own and optimize Glovo's category assortment, partnering with the Senior Category Buyer to drive topline and margin. You will shape assortment strategy, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate terms to protect business interests. You’ll collaborate with Ads to design campaigns and ensure a great shopping experience through user‑centered categorization. You’ll join a cross‑functional team focused on scalable growth and merchant partnerships.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize assigned category assortment end-to-end to impact Add-to-Cart, AOV and Gross MarginDefine assortment strategy and identify margin/listing improvement opportunitiesManage mid-sized vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiate marketing fundsReview terms to maximize business value and ensure compliance with laws/policiesCollaborate with Ads team to plan and execute marketing campaigns within the storeOffer an excellent shopping experience by prioritizing user needs in categorization and sortingSource new suppliers and ensure their launch on the appManage current supplier portfolio with meetings and business reviewsAnalyze category to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementSupport SKU pricing definitionsQualifications3+ years experience in Retail as a category manager or in FMCG in Sales/Account Management positionsStrong analytical skills and data‑driven problem solvingNegotiation skills (contract terms, costs, assortment, service levels)Stakeholder management (internal and external)Willingness to roll up sleeves and executeComfort in a fast‑changing, high‑growth startup environmentFluent in English;
