The ideal candidate has solid experience in developing strategic collaborations (at least 3 years of direct experience managing strategic partnerships), focusing on generating tangible value in terms of qualified leads, revenue growth, and new business opportunities. Main Activities Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with company goals. Manage the entire partnership lifecycle : from negotiation to signing, onboarding, and collaboration development. Design and implement activation and co-marketing strategies, contributing to the sales pipeline with new qualified opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to integrate partnerships into demand generation strategies, lead management, and brand positioning. Set and monitor performance KPIs (leads generated, revenue, CLV, retention), intervening to optimize and renegotiate agreements continuously. Automate key processes to make the entire partnership ecosystem scalable. Maintain solid and long-term relationships with partners, supporting them with active, proactive, and structured management. Stay constantly updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices. Who We Are Looking For: Essential: At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership Management roles with proven results (acquired partners, clients brought in, revenue generated). Familiar with main outreach and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, MeetAlfred, Expandi. Capable of building multichannel contact sequences with high response rates. Proficient in Salesforce and analysis tools like Looker Studio or Qlik, as well as partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact.com). Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills. Knowledge of full-funnel metrics and goal-oriented work: CAC, LTV, retention, CLV, conversion rate do not intimidate you. Results-oriented, flexible, capable of handling complex problems, and working in dynamic environments. Excellent empathy, relational skills, and public speaking abilities. Teamwork skills. Native Italian speaker; knowledge of English is a plus. Master's degree or equivalent diploma. Immediate availability is considered a competitive advantage.
