Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Team Leader for Northern Italy to join our sales team.
You will report directly to the Managing Director Italy and supervise the sales force in the assigned area.
Your role will involve contributing to the achievement of sales objectives, developing sales techniques and strategies, and fostering customer relationships.
Your main responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing the customer platform through planning and managing commercial activities, introducing new products, and customizing activities based on customer needs.
You will support the North Italy sales team in maintaining customer relationships, negotiations, closing agreements, and identifying potential clients, with ongoing field support.
You will utilize business process management tools to analyze, implement, and control opportunities within your territories.
Collaboration with other departments and the sales team will ensure a coherent approach to business.
You will also support the implementation of the company's global commercial projects and act as a leader, fostering professional development within your team.
Qualifications Degree in technical or commercial disciplines; an Engineering degree is a plusGood knowledge of EnglishRelevant experience in commercial and marketing roles with proven achievement of objectivesPreferably previous experience managing commercial teams in construction or similar sectorsExcellent commercial and marketing skills, with solid knowledge of sales strategies and techniquesGood knowledge of sales management systems
