About the position:we are looking for an Event Specialist to join our Marketing team to contribute to the planning and execution of events and brand experience activities across the country.Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of national and local events.- Support the management of the event calendar and marketing activations across the territory.- Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials, transportation, and hospitality.- Coordinate activities with event agencies, partners, and external vendors.- Collaborate in the development of event concepts, communication materials, and supporting marketing tools.- Support the execution of product launches, roadshows, sponsorship activities, and industry exhibitions.- Manage the production and distribution of event communication and branding materials.- Monitor budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and administrative processes related to assigned activities.- Provide on-site operational support and ensure flawless event execution.- Collect and analyze event results, preparing reports and recommendations.- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Sales, and Dealer Development teams to ensure alignment and integration across initiatives.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2–3 years of experience in event management, operational marketing, trade marketing, communications, or similar roles, preferably in automotive industry- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.- Proactive attitude, hands-on approach, and strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.- Excellent written and spoken in both Italian and English.- Availability to travel within national territoryAbout the CompanyOMODA MotorsOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.
