GOALS:Sales Specialist is in charge of customer management, predominantly in the Laboratorybusiness segment, managing commercial negotiations, pricing and the acquisition of new customers.RESPONSABILITY LEVEL:Professional employees: For positions with responsibility for their own task, management and planning of their own activities with a fair level of operational autonomy and a good level of professional specialization, no responsibility for team coordination and management.CORE ACTIVITIES:CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT-Consolidation and development of existing customers (cross-selling) in the Laboratory segment and support to the Sales Manager on other customers- Price negotiation and management-Response and management of direct enquiries from new customers entrusted to him by the Sales Manager and possible transfer to sales network agentsANALYSIS&PREVIEW-Data collection to forecast sales and turnover together with the Sales Manager on active customers-Customer qualitative analysis of turnover, sales trend, loss of customers or decrease in orders, product portfolio and sales-Sharing strategy analysis with purchasing and finance departments-Creation of product promotion Laboratory segment based on events and seasonalityPARTICIPATION IN TRADE FAIRS
