We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent & Development Manager to drive the people development agenda within a complex and dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company’s Learning & Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement talent identification, succession planning, and career development frameworks for diverse employee groups.
- Lead change management programs to support cultural evolution, leadership effectiveness, and workforce adaptability.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to both white‑collar and blue‑collar employees, ensuring inclusivity and impact.>
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage relationships with external learning providers and oversee training budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR roles within complex industrial organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of competency models and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to operate effectively in multicultural and dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English.
