We are looking for a Finance Controller Trainee, reporting to the Finance, Control & Accounting Director.
Responsibilities:
* Sales and Margin analysis
* Monthly tracking of cost centers
* Three-way match (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Invoices)
* Inventory controls and inventory movements reports
* Credit controls and related reports
* Preparation of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
* Actual cost variance vs budget and forecast by cost center
* Ad-hoc analyses and presentations
* Accounting support
Required qualifications:
* Economics degree required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
* Analytical mindset with a very good attention to details
* Integrity, confidentiality and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
* Proactive team player
* Highly organized and flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
* Fluent in Italian and English
