Purpose of the Role You will play a key role in driving sales growth with both new and existing contractors and distributors. Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and our Business Development team, you will increase market demand and specifications for Leviat's engineered concrete connection products. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry influencers Grow existing accounts and win new business across the Italian market Leverage CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage your project funnel and customer action plans Use KPIs and dashboards to track and drive commercial performance Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and collaborate with internal teams Contribute customer insights to new product development efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements Key Stakeholders Internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations) External customers and channel partners Third‐party influencers in the construction ecosystem Qualifications (What You Bring) Proven sales experience in the construction sector, ideally with distributors or concrete contractors Skilled in customer engagement, product education, and value selling Strong communicator, both with customers and internal stakeholders Experience using CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) Innovative and analytical mindset, with a hands‐on approach A Business or Engineering degree is preferred Key Competencies Drives Results Strategic Mindset Builds Collaborative Relationships Resilience and Adaptability Customer Focus Decision Quality Courage to Act Cultivates Innovation Why Join Leviat?
