PpThe EMEA HR Operations Lead is responsible for implementing strategic HR solutions and ensuring system and process excellence in day-to-day people operations across the EMEA region. This role bridges strategy and execution by implementing standard and consistent HR processes, assessing when tailored local solutions are required, and delivering a high-quality employee experience. Italy and GDPR) /liliStrong HRIS expertise (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP or similar) /liliStrong understanding of HR data, workforce planning, budgeting, and financial impact /liliProven ability to manage complex processes, vendors, and international stakeholders /liliAdvanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, Power BI) with ability to translate data into insights /liliStrong project management, communication, and collaboration skills /liliDegree in Work/Organizational Psychology, Humanities, or a related discipline /liliFluency in English required /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
