From employer branding to the selection phase, passing through sourcing processes, at OVS you will build your HR expertise with a focus on talent attraction.
Always paying attention to candidate experience and candidates' needs, here are some of the activities you might support and on which you will be trained:
* Ideation and support in organizing innovative sourcing and employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus events, company events, social media coverage, gamification)
* End-to-end recruitment process, from CV screening to onboarding
* Editorial plan for Employer Branding initiatives
* Creation of social media columns to strengthen engagement with potential candidates
* Creation of engaging copy for social media and company blogs
* Ideation of creative content, images, videos, and infographics focused on storytelling about our company
What we look for in you?
* A proactive attitude and team spirit
* Passion for the HR world, digital trends, and the latest technological trends
* Passion for writing and social media
* A degree background and excellent knowledge of the English language
* An attitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
* Knowledge of the Office suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
