GRS Recruitment are searching for a Credit Control and Billing Administrator to join a globally recognised brand at the intersection of technology and transportation, where innovation, scale, and collaboration drive everything we do in Nicosia. We are looking for a detail-driven and relationship-focused individual to play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely billing operations across our international client base. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
2. Proactively engage with clients to ensure invoices are clearly understood and paid on time
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise collections and minimise disputes
4. Monitor outstanding balances and drive timely resolution of overdue accounts
5. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
6. Prepare and process credit notes and billing adjustments with appropriate approvals
7. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external billing and payment queries
8. Provide practical, customer-focused solutions to payment and invoicing issues
9. Support month-end close activities related to billing and receivables
10. Maintain accurate billing data within the accounting system
11. Monitor the billing inbox, responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries
12. Collaborate with wider finance teams and support ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
13. Previous experience in a similar role (Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Billing Administration)
or strong hands-on knowledge of AR / Credit Control processes
14. Experience working with SAP is an advantage
15. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
16. Excellent communication skills with professional or fluent English
17. High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
18. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
19. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
